Sandringham litter bin with weather cover - below ground fix manufactured from mild steel with hardwood timber slats - zinc plated polyester powder coated.
This unique design encompasses the curves of the seat and bench unit to produce a large capacity, robust but stylish litter bin. The bin incorporates a superior slam lock mechanism that ensures positive closure and simple opening. The on ground fixing plates at each corner have single fixing position hidden beneath the unit. These fixings are accessible from within the bin.
With a capacity of 120 litres this unit will meet the needs of most urban environments. The top feed system will accept all styles of modern food packaging easily. The bin has three curved vertical sides with a flat front that serves as the access to the liner enclosure. This liner is manufactured from galvanised steel that will give durable service. It is fitted with two flat folding handles on the front face that allow operatives to handle and control with ease. All sides have four, vertical timber slats secured to the main steel frame. The corner tubular support columns provide the main bin body supporting frame. The design can allow the canopy to be painted in an alternative colour.

The unit is manufactured from mild steel sections that will be zinc plated prior to powder coating. Sapele timber surfaces are treated with Sadolin Natural.

| Chrome passivated to a minimum thickness of 15 microns. The sacrificial and sealing action of the zinc prevents any rust staining if severely damaged. |
| Polyester powder coated to a minimum thickness of 75 microns. All resins are UV stable and typical results for testing show white paint to satisfy a 3 year Florida test with no creaming or chalking. |
