Nova Litter Bin - Above Ground Fix - Zinc Plated - Polyester Powder Coated In A Choice Of 20 Standard Colours.
The 120 litre bin is manufactured utilising mechanical joints for the main elements which enables each component to be rust proofed individually and prior to assembly. This prevents rust lines appearing on welded seams after a few years in service. The bin has four large apertures, one on each approach, each lined with stainless steel cladding. The cladding has a number of benefits in that it prevents the bin from sustaining unsightly chips which often occur in these high impact areas. They eliminate any chance of rusting, the components can be cleaned (vigorously) and importantly they look good and enhance the perception of quality. Similarly the key entrance to the lock mechanism is protected by a stainless steel ring. The locking plate itself is manufactured from laser cut stainless steel. This high impact component will not deteriorate over the life of the bin. The hinge mechanism is manufactured utilising a stainless steel rod and self lubricating nylon bushes. This is both robust and maintenance free.
- Main body constructed from 14 guage (2mm) thick steel.
- Lightweight aluminium liner with 120 Litre capacity complete with 2 handles.

- All components are manufactured, zinc treated and powder coated individually ensuring full anti-corrosion.
- Lock, latch and catch are all stainless steel.
- 3 point contact cushion on door closing.
- Standard 13mm socket head key for locking and unlocking.
- Self lubricating bushes with stainless steel hinge bar.
- Neoprene sleeve fitted to door-stop pin.
- Contemporary type face lettering backed by stainless steel plate to match apertures.
- Whole unit can be broken down for maintenance, without the need for removal from site.
- Double units are available.These are back to back with one lid, doors opening at either end with internal physical separation plate.
- Other options include:-Tidyman logo, coloured lettering and cigarette stubber plate.

| Polyester powder coated to a minimum thickness of 75 microns. All resins are UV stable and typical results for testing show white paint to satisfy a 3 year Florida test with no creaming or chalking. |
| Chrome passivated to a minimum thickness of 15 microns. The sacrificial and sealing action of the zinc prevents any rust staining if severely damaged. |
