Description...
Unique design incorporating all the physical properties associated with the Sandringham range.
The bollard stands 900mm high and is designed for on ground fixing.
Twin columns of tubular steel support two vertical planks of Sapele timber, the timber sections, 100mm wide match those used in other products in the range.
The top is capped with a shaped steel plate welded in place to encapsulate the tubular columns and timber. The timber sections are secured with hidden fixings.
The on ground fix version uses the distinguishable shaped base plate with four drilled holes for fixing.
The broad vertical timber stripes will allow fixing of information discs or reflective discs to aid the visually impaired.
The unit can be produced with mild steel columns, 48mm diameter, with top and base plate also from mild steel.
The mild steel is zinc plated prior to being powder coated.
Timber 100mm x 34mm Sapele. All surfaces of the Sapele hardwood timber will receive coatings of
Sadolin Natural finish to enhance the long term appearance.

| Polyester powder coated to a minimum thickness of 75 microns. All resins are UV stable and typical results for testing show white paint to satisfy a 3 year Florida test with no creaming or chalking. |
| Chrome passivated to a minimum thickness of 15 microns. The sacrificial and sealing action of the zinc prevents any rust staining if severely damaged. |
| All timber components are coated with three coats of high quality Sadolin wood treatment. |
