Description...
Crown seat with armrests - a substantial concrete timber topped bench seat with special timber back feature.
Two arm supports are incorporated in this design.
The main body of the bench is manufactured from concrete that has a fine textured etched surface finish from Prestige grey mix.
The steel element is zinc plated and powder coated to a
choice of colour from our standard range.
The bench seat is 2.0 metre long and 510mm wide with a seating height of 463mm.
The back rest is set in 300mm from each end giving an overall back length of 1800mm and stands approximately 400mm above seat level.
The timber top facing is made from Idigbo timber.
Constructed from two steel brackets that feed through the seat top and bolt into the main concrete element and with the backrest from Idigbo timber slats 32mm thick.
Arm support brackets connect to the backrest and bench top and are fabricated from steel with a timber top facing approx 80mm wide.
These are set at approx 1200mm centres.
The design provides distinctive seating sections along its length.
It is recommended that the unit be fixed to the ground.
Brackets for this purpose will be provided.

| Chrome passivated to a minimum thickness of 15 microns. The sacrificial and sealing action of the zinc prevents any rust staining if severely damaged. |
| Polyester powder coated to a minimum thickness of 75 microns. All resins are UV stable and typical results for testing show white paint to satisfy a 3 year Florida test with no creaming or chalking. |
| All timber components are coated with three coats of high quality Sadolin wood treatment. |
