Sunburst 600mm diameter x 1550mm high guard. (Grey Iron) finish - one coat primer, one coat black gloss. wet spray application.

| Zinc rich primer is applied to give a dry film thickness of 50 to 75 microns, equivalent to 80/125 microns wet. At 75 microns it is able to withstand exterior exposure for three years with no breakdown at 2000 hours of salt spray test. |
| Wet spray 2 pack polyurethene coated to a minimum thickness of 60 microns. UV stable and typical results for testing show white paint to satisfy a 3 year Florida test with no creaming or chalking. |
