Description...
Metro 1500mm x 1200mm cast iron tree grid - zinc rich primer polyester powder coated finish.
Key Features.
o Oval slot design.
o Made from 'ductile' cast iron NOT ordinary grey iron.
o Each piece easily locks together
oChoose standard sizes shown above OR 'design your own' by using extension pieces
(code YMEEEXT sold in pairs).
These rectangular shapes can then be incorporated into
a vast number of groundwork designs.
o Mix and match standard colours. Option to choose your own.
o We recommend choosing a complimentary support/containing frame for stability.
For
extra security the grid can then be secured to the frame.
o Choose a tree guard to add further protection.
The following frames will fit the Metro 1500 x 1200 tree grid.;-
YME1512- PSM - Middleweight 1500mm x 1200mm paving support frame.
YME1512- PSH - Heavyweight 1500mm x 1200mm paving support frame.
Tree guards that fix to the above support frames.

| Zinc rich primer is applied to give a dry film thickness of 50 to 75 microns, equivalent to 80/125 microns wet. At 75 microns it is able to withstand exterior exposure for three years with no breakdown at 2000 hours of salt spray test. |
| Polyester powder coated to a minimum thickness of 75 microns. All resins are UV stable and typical results for testing show white paint to satisfy a 3 year Florida test with no creaming or chalking. |
