Description...
Orbital Containing Frames - mild steel. To suit grid YORBT-02P. Zinc plated and painted.
Fabricated frames to contain and secure using M8 countersunk head bolts.
The frames will be manufactured in two halves with a connecting joint which allows for fixing into existing planted areas without causing damage to any trees.
The unit is manufactured using 40 x 40 x 6mm rolled steel angle and mild steel flats as bracing sections.
All parts of the main frame will be welded together. The form of each frame will allow the grid sections to be retained in the intended configuration without movement.
The frame will be shot blasted prior to painting with zinc rich primer and top coat powder applications.
Colour to be from Townscape's standard range of 20.

| Polyester powder coated to a minimum thickness of 75 microns. All resins are UV stable and typical results for testing show white paint to satisfy a 3 year Florida test with no creaming or chalking. |
