Description...
Orbital range aluminium tree grid 1200mm dia with 460mm central aperture and two 600mm adjacent corners - zinc rich primed and painted.
The Orbital grid is a new concept in tree grid design comprising a series of connecting component parts that can be used in a wide variety of planting arrangments.
The grid is manufactured from cast aluminium, the surface finish is clean and is produced to an extremely high standard, with complete definition of design.
The Orbital grid will live with the original planting for many years.
The central aperture is designed to meet the needs of a sapling through to mature tree.
The component parts will create numerous designs of planting area including some original and modern shapes.
All of the grids are available with an optional 260mm inside diameter central planting ring, this can be removed at a later stage to create a 460mm diameter planting area.
Corner sections are available to create either a 1200mm square unit or alternatively a 1500mm and 1800mm square unit.
All pieces have security fixing holes.
Key Features.
o Choose either painted only OR added protection zinc plated
and powder coated.
o Mix and match standard colours.
Option to choose your own.
o Choose a tree guard to add further protection.

| Zinc rich primer is applied to give a dry film thickness of 50 to 75 microns, equivalent to 80/125 microns wet. At 75 microns it is able to withstand exterior exposure for three years with no breakdown at 2000 hours of salt spray test. |
| Polyester powder coated to a minimum thickness of 75 microns. All resins are UV stable and typical results for testing show white paint to satisfy a 3 year Florida test with no creaming or chalking. |
